The property has a lock box on the entrance door, which will provide you with a set of keys for the main entrance door and apartment door.

Note: We do not operate 24/7. Our team is available between 0700 - 2100 Monday - Friday to receive phone calls for support, guest communication & assistance. Saturday 0900 - 1700. Sunday messaging assistance only. We do aim to reply outside these hours, however, we cannot guarantee a response time.

We do request all guests thoroughly read through the check-in information on Airbnb, the messages and the physical welcome pack before contacting the team for assistance.

It is very important that keys/fobs are returned to the same location from which you collected them.
